Project work
Building an image website for the Ashdod MTI (Entrepreneurship Cultivation Center), which includes clear navigation between the center's services, registration for courses and establishing direct contact with the staff. The project included the characterization of a user experience for diverse target audiences, an accessible and respectful design, full adaptation to mobile, the integration of smart forms and the laying of a digital infrastructure that supports the growth, exposure and accessibility of entrepreneurial services to the general public. The project included collaboration on several websites as well as a project for business owners in which Or Schwartz (CEO of DigitalST) gave a lecture to business owners about internet marketing.
Our strategy
In the project to build the image website for the Ashdod Metropolitan Municipality, the strategy focused on making the center's activities accessible to diverse audiences and creating a clear, simple and inviting user experience. The site was designed as a central entry point for entrepreneurship services, with an orderly content hierarchy and intuitive navigation between tracks, courses and support programs. Special emphasis was placed on motivating action – Registering for activities and making contact – Through smart forms and accessible design. At the same time, a flexible digital infrastructure was built, allowing the center's staff to update content, courses and activities independently, and to support the continuous growth of the entrepreneurial community in Ashdod.
What we learned
From the work on the promotional website for the Ashdod MTI we learned that the success of a website for an entrepreneurship center depends on a combination of ease of use, motivation for action and operational flexibility. We realized that a clear content hierarchy and intuitive navigation have a significant impact on course registrations and user engagement. In addition, we learned that the ability of the center's staff to update content, courses and activities independently is critical to continued growth and maintaining relevance to the audience. The project strengthened the understanding that the digital can be a central tool to connect with entrepreneurs, to strengthen the brand and to increase the accessibility of entrepreneurial services.
